Workout sessions...
Workout sessions are all Outdoors, all year round. Whatever the weather you will find us in the field! Our sessions run throughout the year - irrelevant of school holidays etc. Depending on which day(s) Christmas and New Year falls we may adjust sessions so that you have the opportunity to keep you ticking over during this busy time of year.
It is only in exceptional circumstances that we will cancel a session!
Our aim is to get you to the level of fitness that you want to achieve - and to have fun doing it! We value what you want to achieve - and when you get to your goals - if you want to maintain or push yourself further - the decision is entirely yours. Whether your goal is to run a marathon in sub 4hours or be able to run a continuous 5k a couple of times a week - each goal is valued the same - it's all about you!
There is always a certain amount of laughter during our sessions - and we emphasise that the only person you are competing against is yourself. We have clients at various levels of fitness and ages. Each person (without exception) is a team player and will encourage you and cheer you on to do your best, will run back an cheer you in and do some extra reps along-side you.
We pride ourselves in making people feel welcome, and that there is no such thing as "holding everyone up". Exercises are often adjusted "on the fly" to avoid injury. All we ask is that you turn up and do your best, we'll do the rest.
