Hello and Welcome... We're glad you decided to check us out and find out what Outdoor fitness is all about and what we have to offer...

If you like to workout but are not a big fan of the gym, are looking for something different and to meet a great bunch of people - having fun and getting fit, then this could be the place for you.

Our workout style is based on the Military and we use their techniques to get you moving, get you stronger and fitter.  Each class is different, so your body (and your fitness) doesn't get into a rut and it keeps clients motivated to come again.  

We are found in the field all year round! Whatever the weather our clients will happily take the bragging rights for getting to workout in the cold and wet - some would even go as far to say that they are the best ones!  We also 'team up' for events such as WinterChill 10K, Tough Mudder, Rat Race River Run - and help each other through to the finish - and always with a smile and lots of laughter of course!

​Never felt so alive!   Nothing beats working out in the great outdoors! Whether its cold, wet or even when the sun is out, I get to the point where I begrudge missing a session , forget the Gym this is how exercise should be! Don't be scared, come and join us, we support each other.

Giving Back...

BRB Military Workout​ feels it's important to "give something back" - and we do that through fundraising for events we take part in - along with our clients.  Last year we teamed up with "The Costa Foundation" taking on 3-Peaks - with the combined team raising just over £11,000.  A fantastic achievement with both completing the 3-Peaks and the amount raised.  With money going towards building well needed schools in coffee growing regions around the globe.

We also put on our own mini event - with a "Poppy Run" - visiting and laying remembrance crosses at various war memorials around Windsor.  BRB Military Workout fund-matched the amount raised by our clients, along with providing Remembrance Coins as "Medals" for completing the Run for Royal British Legion. It was an event enjoyed by all.​
This year we will be raising funds for Combat Stress and The Veterans Charity. ​

​I have always had a healthy respect for people who served their country in the Armed Services. My biggest regret is that I didn’t. Since I have been involved with Workout, in its various forms, I discovered you become engaged with individual’s stories and how the respective charities have helped them and their families. I would like to think that we have built a similar kind of support network within the BRB Family. Taking part in events and raising funds for these military charities is a simple way to give something back to our men and women in the Armed Forces.
